How much does shipping cost?
- Economical: Delivery within 15 working days - Free Shipping.
- Standards: Delivery within 9 working days - Additional 10% of the total order amount.
- Urgent: Delivery within 3 working days - Charges to be confirmed
When will my order ship?
Most orders are estimated to be shipped within 5-10 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Daily shipping cutoff is 12pm PST (3pm EST), Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Shipping Department is CLOSED on weekends and holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping transit time varies based on delivery method selected. Standard shipping time is 2-5 business days.
Can you ship COD?
We do not ship any orders COD. All orders must be prepaid before shipping.
My Package shows ‘delivered’ but I cannot find it?
To help ensure the safety of your package, the driver will try to leave your package out of plain sight. We recommend that you check all exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package, Contact Us to start a claim.
My Package shows ‘in transit’ and has not been updated in a while?
This is generally normal and shouldn't cause concern. When a package is traveling long distances, it may remain in a trailer en route to its destination without updates. During this time, no new scans will be available until the trailer reaches its destination. For example, a package moving from one coast to another might not show updates for several days. However, if your scheduled delivery date has passed and there have been no tracking updates for several days, we recommend contacting us to report that you haven't received your package.
My package was delivered, but has been damaged or is missing items?
Please take a photo of the damaged/incorrect item and fill in the form on our Shipping Errors page, one of our customer service team will begin a claim for you.
